The program and the nature of the results
The content is educational and instructional, aiming to support awareness and personal application. Results vary from person to person depending on their circumstances, consistency, and the extent of their attendance and application of the exercises.
- There is no promise of a uniform or immediate therapeutic outcome, and the content is not a clinical medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
- In cases requiring specialized or emergency medical or psychological intervention, a qualified health authority should be contacted.
- The delivery time and program components are shown on the offer page at the time of purchase, and updates or supporting materials may be added to improve the experience.

Return Policy and Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee
We want the subscription to be a meaningful and worthwhile decision. Therefore, subscribers can request a full refund within the first 14 calendar days of their subscription activation date if they do not see any benefit or tangible progress despite their continued commitment.
Conditions for accepting a refund request
- The request must be submitted within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of activation of the program.
- Attend or view the available content regularly during the period, and do not just register without following up.
- Perform the required exercises and applications diligently, and provide evidence of commitment or progress when requested.
- Contacting support and explaining the obstacle or reason for not benefiting, and allowing a reasonable opportunity for assistance or correction of any technical or educational problem.
- The lack of progress must not be due to absence, non-application, ignoring instructions, account sharing, or technical conditions specific to the user's device that have not been reported to support.
Accessing the content during the warranty period does not automatically void the right to a refund; the primary criterion is genuine compliance and fulfillment of the aforementioned conditions. Each case is reviewed fairly based on account details and communication with support.
Behavior within the platform
- Others must be respected, and one must refrain from abusing, defaming, harassing, or posting illegal content.
- Advertising or promoting other services within the program's spaces without permission is prohibited.
- Offending content may be deleted or the account suspended while preserving the legal rights of each party.
Service and responsibility provided
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running, but periods of maintenance or outages beyond our control may occur.
- The platform is not responsible for the consequences of decisions made by the user individually contrary to the guidelines or without consulting a qualified professional when needed.
- In all cases, these provisions shall be interpreted in a manner that does not detract from the rights that may not be waived under the applicable regulations.
